For this special occasion, we have created a Valentine’s Day takeaway menu, true to the DNA of L’Évidence: carefully selected products, balanced flavors, and a gastronomic approach driven by emotion and sharing.

All dishes are fully prepared by our kitchen and delivered ready to be reheated and finished at home.

No dish is plated in advance, in order to preserve textures, flavors, and the precision of our craft.

Cauliflower cappuccino with black truffle

Pressed skate wing, caper and dill condiment, pickled carrots, lovage chlorophyll

Free-range chicken supreme from Ancennis, infused with Hanoi spices, sweet potato and ginger mousseline, glossy meat jus

Brie de Meaux stuffed with black truffle (supplement)

Chocolate fondant with a molten calamansi center

Price: €33 per person

Cheese supplement: €9

Quantities are deliberately limited to preserve the quality and standards of each menu.

Reservation and payment are made directly on our website, until Thursday, February 12 at 11:00 am.
